Smoky Chipotle & Fermented Chilies
A smoky, savoury Korean sauce made with gochujang, gentle sweetness and warming chilli.
Use: Brush onto meats, vegetables or tofu, or use as a glaze for a rich, spicy finish.

Ingredients: Water, gochujang (SOYA, WHEAT), cane sugar (unrefined), rice vinegar, tomato paste, onion, garlic, ginger, chipotle chilli, smoked paprika, soy sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), carrot, rice starch, black pepper, salt.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
