Why dosirak.

In Korea, dosirak is the packed lunch that goes everywhere: to school, to work, on a day out. A Korean meal is built for balance: warm and cool, sharp and soft, many colours in one box.

Every vegetable is cooked on its own and dressed by hand, so each keeps its colour, bite and flavour.

Menus change with the season. Allergens: our boxes contain soy, sesame and wheat; kimbap also contains egg. Full allergen list on request.

Why Chef Yun.

Yun began her career in event catering, working as head chef for corporate clients, charities and venues such as the Royal Academy of Arts and the V&A. She then became a product developer, creating everyday meals for the UK's leading supermarkets and high street brands.

Today she brings both worlds together: the care of event cooking and the consistency of food made at scale. Her focus is making Korean food and products accessible, for your team's lunch, your client event or your kitchen at home.

She has also taught Korean cooking at School of Wok, Books for Cooks and Divertimenti, and makes SSUG's fermented foods by hand.

Your location, team size and what you have in mind.

2. We suggest a format

Pop-up, pre-ordered lunches or catering, with a menu and a clear quote.

3. We bring the food

We set up, serve and clear away.

4. Make it regular

A monthly pop-up day gives your team something to look forward to.
