Featured on James Martin’s ITV Saturday morning - 1st of June
James chose our bulgolgi, ssamjang, yangyum sauce and kimchi to showcase in 'new suppliers corner’ on his ITV Show, creating dishes to compliment the sauces. Mackerel with yangyum, aubergine with ssamjang roasted lamb with bulgogi sauce were the menu. As James was personally purchasing dozens of jars of bulgolgi sauce after filming saying “in 51 years of my life , this is the best sauce I have ever tasted, you’d better buy a big pot now".
