A sweet and savoury Korean-style sauce made with apple, honey and a touch of whisky.
Use: Brush onto meats, vegetables or tofu before grilling, roasting or pan-frying for a rich, caramelised finish.

Ingredients: Water, apple purée, soy sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), cane sugar (unrefined), honey, onion, garlic, ginger, rapeseed oil, rice vinegar, tamarind, dark soy sauce (SOYA, WHEAT), whisky (contains BARLEY), rice starch, black pepper, salt.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
