Kimchi

This Classic Kimchi in traditional fermenting Onggi pot is a thoughtfully made blend of traditional Korean elements and natural fermentation techniques. Our genuine recipe, originating from my father's hometown of Gaeseong, North Korea, showcases a distinct mix of over 150 kimchi variations found across the country. Every region boasts a unique flavour, with the northern areas preferring a lighter, more watery rendition. This is the taste I grew up with and is reflected in our products.

The thousand years of wisdom of Onggi matches perfectly with perfect  is the perfect  to be breathable

Kimchi is growing in popularity as it offers a delicious and addictive flavour, while also providing multiple health benefits. With an abundance of probiotics and anti-inflammatory properties, this is a great option for anyone trying to lose weight. Find out more on the Holland & Barrett website.

Onggi is designed for the simplicity and practicality of an organic and nourishing method for fermenting food. Onggi is rustic earthenware, although still very beautiful in its simplicity.

Onggi is a mixture of clay and sand to make a porous and breathable vessel. This is why it makes it perfect for fermenting and purifying, properties which are essential for the creation of medicinal food.
